An Update on First of Her Kind & Blog Tour News

February is going to be a busy, whirlwind month for me. First of Her Kind‘s official release date is Monday (Yes, three days from now. That Monday.) A huge, month-long blog tour is planned to help celebrate the event. There were some interesting interview questions asked of me on some of the stops. You’ll want to check them out.

Because of that, before I do anything else, I want to publicly thank all the kind, supportive Bloggers who are welcoming me into their space. Please, go visit them, and not only on the day I’ll be there. They are funny, witty, entertaining, and enlightening.

Monday I’ll be sharing purchase links – ebook and print versions are available. Apparently, however, not everything gets processed at the same time. If you don’t spot it at your favorite on-line retailer, let me know, could be you just need to check back. Even in this day and age, some claim it will be 8 weeks before they get it listed. <huge sigh> Now, if for some reason you’d like to purchase a signed copy, you know, for when I become insanely famous and you can say, “I knew her when-”, follow the link to the right ———> and up a little.

Also, in honor of the official release, all month long my Wednesday WIPpets will be excerpts from First of Her Kind. So, don’t forget to come back on Wednesdays, then check the Linkie Thingie (also to the right) and go read some other WIPpets from other awesome authors. (And that, my friends, is a little alliteration. Fun to say and do, I think. Also, assonance, though that sounds like I just swore at you, so we’ll forget about that one.)

One last thing. The best way to show your favorite author some reader love (outside of reading their book, of course) is to leave a review on any of the book buying sights that allow them. Reviews don’t have to be anything fancy, so don’t feel intimidated by writing one. Just a few lines saying why you liked the book, and a nice 5 star rating. Or, you know, 4stars, or 3 . . . we really like 5 star reviews, but I also prefer honesty, so 4 is good. Or, well, whatever you feel it’s worth. Really. No pressure.

*ahem*

Now I must go prepare for my tour.

And get cranking on Book 2. Trust me, if you like Book 1, the next one is even better. Not kidding here.
